Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 12, 2026

Welcome to In Next Life. Your privacy is a priority for us. We believe in collecting only the bare minimum amount of data required to make your gaming experience work perfectly.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is strictly necessary for the game's functionality:

  • Optional Account Name: You may choose a username to identify yourself within the game. This does not need to be your real name.
  • Purchase History: We keep a record of in-game purchases to ensure that your items, currency, or upgrades are correctly applied to your account and can be restored if you switch devices.

2. Your Identity

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address. We have no technical way of linking your in-game account to your real-world identity. You remain anonymous to us.

3. In-Game Communication

Our game features a live chat function that allows you to send text messages to other players during a game.

  • Ephemeral Messaging: These messages are only stored temporarily to facilitate the conversation.
  • Automatic Deletion: Once the game session ends, all messages sent during that session are permanently deleted from our temporary buffers. We do not keep logs of your private conversations.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Your data is yours.

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your data with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
  • The only time data is processed is for the internal mechanics of the game.

5. Data Security

Even though we don't collect sensitive personal info, we still take the security of your game data seriously. We use industry-standard measures to protect your purchase history and account name from unauthorized access.

6. Children’s Privacy

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) or track users, our game is designed with a high standard of privacy that protects all players, including younger audiences.
